This page describes how our website (not your medical records) collects and uses information. Please don't submit medical history, symptoms, or other protected health information through this website — our office collects that securely once your appointment is scheduled.

What We Collect and Why

Contact and appointment-request forms. We collect the information you enter (name, email, phone, and any message) to respond to your inquiry or appointment request.

Security and fraud prevention. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you're not a bot, which may process your IP address and device/browser signals per Cloudflare's privacy policy. We also temporarily store the IP address of form submissions to detect and block abusive or automated activity.

Who We Share Your Data With

Resend. When you submit a contact or appointment form, the information you provide is processed by Resend, our email delivery service, solely to deliver your submission to our team.

Aziel Technologies. Our website is built and technically operated by Aziel Technologies, who has access to site infrastructure and submitted data in that capacity.

Your Rights & Contact

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and request corrections or erasure (subject to data we must keep for legal, administrative, or security purposes).
